Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We work with a wide range of business sectors to offer tailor-made logistics solutions. Our clients include automotive and transport, furniture, household appliances, food industry, chemical industry and e-commerce businesses.

Yes, food is transported in specialised vehicles with temperature control systems. We ensure a stable temperature regime of +2°C to +7°C throughout the transport to preserve freshness and quality. We also guarantee fast and efficient delivery, so that fresh products reach the recipient as quickly as possible, ensuring minimum time from loading to delivery.

Partial loads are the consolidation of several customers’ loads into a single vehicle, where costs are optimised and the customer is offered a more favourable price on a pay-as-you-go basis. We provide door-to-door transport of both full and partial loads throughout Lithuania.

Our vehicles can be equipped with hydraulic lifts, so we can safely unload goods even where there are no ramps or forklifts. We also have hand pallet trucks for easy movement of pallets from the vehicle to the designated location. If the unloading site is not suitable for professional handling, no problem. We can arrange for a vehicle to be ready to arrive with all the necessary equipment.

Yes, we organise deliveries not only from factories or warehouses but also directly from retail outlets. We offer flexible and reliable delivery throughout Lithuania.

Yes, our team not only delivers the goods, but also ensures that they are taken safely to the recipient’s location. We provide a professional and responsible service to make the whole logistics process as convenient as possible for the customer.

All goods transported are covered by standard carrier’s liability insurance (CMR), which is valid for both domestic and international transport. If needed, we offer additional cargo insurance (cargo insurance), which provides broader protection against a wide range of risks – theft, damage, accidents or natural disasters. Additional insurance is recommended for particularly valuable, fragile or sensitive cargo. The terms and conditions of the insurance can be tailored to the type of cargo and the customer’s needs.

All stored goods are also protected against major risks such as fire, water damage or theft. The insurance is valid for the entire period the goods are in storage.

Yes, we can take full charge of the freight and provide a complete logistics chain from European shipper to consignee in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. We have specially equipped vehicles, experienced staff and drivers, and we use our knowledge, know-how, experience and innovation to meet customer expectations. Often, project transports also include two-person crews (express deliveries), and warehouse work is also involved to ensure that the products reach their final recipient quickly.
